Spa 6-Hours: Onboard of Alonso's FP1 topping time
On Friday, double Formula 1 world champion Fernando Alonso announced his arrival in the WEC with Toyota Gazoo Racing at Spa-Francorchamps, round one of the endurance championship, by topping the times at the end of the first free practice session. In the cockpit of the #8 Totoya TS050, which he is sharing this year with Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima, the Spaniard's name topped the timing screens at the end of FP1 with a best lap of the 1:58.492. It was an impressive performance by the WEC ‘rookie' and above is the video from the onboard camera on his car.
