Joe Saward: Notebook from nowhere in particular

The problem with having race after race after race, at all corners of the globe (so to speak), is that when one finally gets home, there are things that need to be sorted out and so here we are on Wednesday and I'm only just getting round to finishing off my Notebook from Shanghai. It is fair to say that the Chinese GP is not the most popular event for most of the F1 circus. For many people China is an alien culture, where people shout, snerch and are generally quite aggressive. The security at the circuit is a little too intrusive, communications don't work as they should and so most people are keen to depart, particularly as they have been away a lot in the last month.
