McLaren must need to raise the game – Alonso

McLaren duo Fernando Alonso and Stoffel Vandoorne finished with points in Bahrain Grand Prix race. Following the race, the Spaniard says McLaren need to raise their game after a difficult Bahrain GP weekend. Alonso now stands fourth in the championship after a fifth and seventh place in the first two races. Alonso: 'Both cars again in the points. Good job from the team with the pit stop and the strategy and reliability. Points are given on Sunday so I think we scored good points given how the weekend started and what the performance was like this weekend. 'Definitely we need to improve and make a step forward.
