Gasly on ‘pain in the ass' engine failure
Having lost one of his three penalty-free engines in Australia, Pierre Gasly says it is only a matter of time before he incurs engine penalties. Despite a trouble-free pre-season with new engine partner Honda, Gasly found himself sidelined in Melbourne when his engine failed during Sunday's race. Going out in a plume of smoke, the Frenchman is now down to just two engines before penalties are dished out. 'For sure I'm not going to lie, it's a pain in the ass to have it but that's how it is and everyone will try to just make it as smooth as possible for the next races,' Gasly said.
