Brake system issue gives STR first major test setback

Toro Rosso suffered its first major setback of the pre-season testing programme on Tuesday when Pierre Gasly’s run plan was scuppered by a brake system issue. Toro Rosso amassed the most mileage during last week’s disrupted opening test, completing 320 laps, and Gasly continued the theme as the second test began, enjoying a productive morning.
