Pirelli confirms full 2018 F1 tyre test schedule

Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has confirmed its testing schedule for the 2018 season. Under current regulations, all 10 teams partake in 25 days of running in current-year cars, enabling Pirelli to refine its product moving forward. The test programme is set to begin with Force India in Shanghai, and involve sessions at Fiorano, Barcelona, Paul Ricard, Vallelunga, Silverstone, Suzuka and Mexico City. Pirelli is contracted to remain as Formula 1’s sole tyre supplier through to the end of 2019.
