Ferrari unveils its 2018 Formula 1 car in Maranello

Ferrari has unveiled its 2018 Formula 1 challenger, the SF71-H, as it bids to end its decade-long championship drought. Ferrari, following a win-less 2016 season, profited from overhauled technical regulations to emerge as a title force in 2017. Sebastian Vettel claimed three wins from the opening six races as it led both Drivers’ and Teams’ standings, before Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes hit form. Vettel triumphed only twice more across the rest of the season as its prospects were derailed by a handful of driver errors and crucial reliability setbacks.
