Max Verstappen 'doesn't want 2017 F1 season to end'
Max Verstappen says that he doesn’t want the 2017 season to end, having picked up strong results during the closing stages of the campaign. Verstappen took just one podium during the opening half of the campaign amid a run of reliability setbacks and incidents, including a run of five retirements from seven Grands Prix. However, Verstappen has bounced back, taking dominant victories in Malaysia and Mexico, and the runner-up spot in Japan, as Red Bull also made improvements after initial struggles.
