McLaren's Brazil tyre test cancelled

McLaren's tyre test with Pirelli at Interlagos has been cancelled due to ongoing security concerns. British youngster Lando Norris was due to drive for McLaren at the test, scheduled for Tuesday. But the event has now been scrapped following a series of security breaches around the Sao Paulo circuit. Five separate incidents are understood to have taken place across the Brazilian GP weekend affecting F1 personnel. A Mercedes team bus was robbed at gunpoint on Friday night when it left the circuit with a gun pressed to the head of one team member during the attack. More to follow...
