Fittipaldi: Alonso has a shot at 2018 title
Two-time World Champion Emerson Fittipaldi believes Fernando Alonso can fight for the title next season once McLaren switch to Renault power. Alonso was once again full of praise for the McLaren chassis after following up an impressive Q1 session in Mexico City with a points finish on Sunday. And that optimism for the future at McLaren is shared by Fittipaldi, who reckons the team will become a different animal after they replace the Honda power unit with a Renault one.
