Hartley/Gasly line-up confirmed for Mexico, Kvyat out
Toro Rosso Formula 1 team have confirmed Brendon Hartley will partner Pierre Gasly at the Mexican Grand Prix, while Daniil Kvyat will not return despite scoring points in Austin.
