Typhoon thwarts Gasly's Super Formula title bid!
The final round of the Japanese Super Formula series has been cancelled due to a typhoon set to hit Suzuka, thwarting Pierre Gasly's chances of clinching the title. Heavy showers wreaked havoc on the series schedule on Friday and Saturday, but the peak of the typhoon's impact, set to hit on Sunday, prompted organisers to call off tomorrow's races which won't be run at a later date.
