Carlos Sainz Jr. wary of 'big challenge' ahead of Renault debut

Carlos Sainz Jr. says he is wary that he faces a “big challenge” to get up to speed with Renault, but is sure that he can be competitive from the outset. Sainz Jr. will make his Renault debut at next weekend’s United States Grand Prix, ahead of his full-time 2018 seat on loan from Red Bull, after almost three years with Toro Rosso.
