Kiwi, Hartley to race for Toro Rosso in Austin

New Zealander Brendon Hartley will make his Formula One debut for Toro Rosso at next week's US Grand Prix in Austin in place of Frenchman Pierre Gasly, the Red Bull-owned team said on Friday. Gasly will be trying to win the Super Formula championship in Japan on the same weekend before returning for the final three rounds of the season.
