Perez signs new one-year Force India deal
Sergio Perez has ended speculation surrounding his future by putting pen to paper on a new one-year deal with Force India. The Mexican claimed ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix weekend that he had 'two options' for next year and he has now chosen to extend his stay with the team for what will be a fifth consecutive season. “Staying with Force India was always my priority,' said Perez. 'It’s a team that has allowed me to show my talents as a driver and I feel very happy here. 'I’m proud of everything we have already achieved together and I think there is more to come.
