Verstappen edges Vettel and Hamilton – FP3 Report

Singapore Grand Prix – Red Bull's Max Verstappen narrowly headed Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton in FP3. Ferrari and Mercedes appeared to bring themselves into qualifying contention by lapping cars to within two tenths of a second of the lead Red Bull car. The session's top spot honour was mostly contested between Verstappen and Vettel, with the former leading the way with a 1:41.829. Both Vettel and Hamilton's final efforts came agonisingly short of Verstappen's time, with the top three separated by just 0.142 of a second.
