Raikkonen on the back foot in Singapore after 'difficult' day
Kimi Raikkonen may have finished above teammate Sebastian Vettel in the timings for Formula 1 practice in Singapore on Friday, but the Finn felt it was a "difficult" day for Ferrari. Ferrari entered the weekend tipped to dominate at Marina Bay, only for Raikkonen to finish as its lead driver in FP2, taking P9 ahead of Vettel in 11th. Describing the team’s unexpected lack of pace in Free Practice, Raikkonen admitted he was confused by where Ferrari was standing. “Just overall a difficult day, and not a lot of things make sense, but I’m sure we can improve," Raikkonen said. “It is not exactly where we expected to start and work forward.” Predicted to have an...
