Toro Rosso set a 3-year deal engine with Honda

In spite of what we heard of the undecided Toro Rosso-Honda deal last month, a report by Auto Motor und Sport claims that the 2018 engine supplier swap between McLaren and Toro Rosso has gone forward, despite the questionably legality of the change, and that it will be announced at the Singapore Grand Prix this weekend.
