Force India not easing off on 2017 development

Force India boss Vijay Mallya says the team is not easing off on developing its VJM10 in its attempts to secure fourth position in this year’s Constructors’ Championship. Force India has pulled away from its perennial midfield rivals this year and holds fourth spot in the standings, with a comfortable 58-point buffer back to fifth-placed Williams. However, despite its advantage, Mallya says the operation is pressing on with its developments and must maintain its current mindset if it is to wrap up fourth for a second successive season. “It feels pretty good for our team to be sitting in fourth place in the championship as we get ready for the Singapore Grand Prix,”...
