Hamilton testing 2018 tyres

Lewis Hamilton will drive in a 2018 Pirelli tyre test at Paul Ricard on Thursday after volunteering to take part with Mercedes. The Briton is known to dislike testing - branding the opportunity to test this year's tyres on a 'mule' 2016 car as a "waste of time".
