Technical update from Spa
Spa plays host to the 12th station of the 2017 Formula One Championship. The physically and mentally challenging track has seen a series of technical experiments and changes og power unit elements so far over the weekend. Ricciardo back to normal Daniel Ricciardo reverted back to the ‘normal’ medium-downforce aerodynamic configuration after he was trialling a very ambitious and brave setup in Friday practices. Despite setting the best sector times in the first and third segments of the track, the Australian was losing about 1.4 seconds in the middle part.
