Lance Stroll encouraged by progress in rookie F1 campaign

Lance Stroll says he is upbeat over the progress he has made during the first half of his rookie season with Williams. Stroll graduated to Formula 1 as the second-youngest driver in history, off the back of a title-winning campaign in European Formula 3 last year. Stroll endured a tough opening sequence of races, amid Q1 dropouts and retirements, but claimed his first points courtesy of ninth position at his home race in Canada, before capturing a shock podium in Azerbaijan.
