Paul Ricard's Signes will be "flat out" 340km/h turn

Official simulations show that Formula 1 cars will still reach 340km/h through the Signes corner at Paul Ricard, despite the use of a chicane on the Mistral straight. F1 returns to France after a 10-year hiatus in 2018, taking place on 24 June as the first round of the championship's inaugural triple-header with Austria and Great Britain. Organisers have chosen the full 5.8km circuit configuration for the race but with a chicane to break up the long Mistral Straight.
