Hamilton: This break will be very good for everyone

While his Formula 1 rivals go off the radar in August during the summer break, Lewis Hamilton chills out his way on the beach at the Crop Over Festival in Barbados, admitting that the holidays provide a much needed break for him and his hard working Mercedes team. Hamilton said ahead of the month long hiatus, 'I definitely think it's come at a good time. It's been very tough, physically, mentally and emotionally for everyone in the team. I can only really speak on my behalf.' 'It's definitely been a difficult season up to now and I think this break will be very good for everyone to spend some time with family or whatever they do.
