Kimi for ‘Best Sporting Moment of the Year'?

Kimi Raikkonen has been nominated for a Laureus World Sport award in the Best Sporting Moment of the Year category. A young French fan called Thomas was spotted in tears at the Spanish Grand Prix when his favourite driver retired following a clash with Max Verstappen and Valtteri Bottas. Thomas, though, would go on to have a day he will never forget as he was invited by Ferrari to join them for the rest of the afternoon and meet his hero. Raikkonen gave Thomas a Ferrari cap and he was also allowed to get a very close look at the podium celebrations following Lewis Hamilton's win.
