Nico Hulkenberg set for grid penalty after gearbox change
Renault's Nico Hülkenberg is set for a five-place grid penalty for the Hungarian Grand Prix after his team elected to change his gearbox for the race this weekend. Renault identified damage to the German's gearbox after the British Grand Prix – where he finished sixth, equalling the team's best result of the season – and informed the FIA on Wednesday that it would need to be changed before it had completed the required six consecutive events.
