Williams hopeful of stronger race display
– Williams technical chief Paddy Lowe is hopeful that the team will display stronger race pace at the Austrian Grand Prix after suffering a double Q1 exit in qualifying.Williams has struggled all weekend at the Red Bull Ring, with Felipe Massa and Lance Stroll, who featured up front in Azerbaijan, complaining of balance issues from the outset.In qualifying, Massa and Stroll could only place 17th and 18th, marking Williams' first double Q1 elimination since the 2014 British Grand Prix, amid its wet-weather woes."It wasn't a good day for us," commented Lowe."We simply weren't quick enough, there's not much more to say than that really."We've had good and bad balance...
