Palmer out of qualifying after practice fire

– Jolyon Palmer has been ruled out of qualifying for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.Palmer ground to a halt early in final practice, with the rear of his car catching fire, causing extensive damage to the bodywork and internals.Renault faced a significant delay in getting Palmer's car back to the paddock and, once the damage was assessed, conceded that it would not be able to make qualifying.Meanwhile, Ferrari and Red Bull have been working to fix suspected hydraulics issues on Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen's cars, after their dramas in FP3.
