FIA amends Baku's Turn 8 following driver complaints

The FIA has amended Baku's Turn 8 after a request from several drivers including Force India's Sergio Perez, following his heavy crash during first practice on Friday. The corner has been 'widened' through a reduction in the kerb on the inside of the corner, reducing the angle of attack. The image below shows the new smaller kerb, which only runs on one side, whereas before it used to run on both sides, extending to the yellow line, with that area now painted over with grip paint.
