Nico Rosberg to drive 2014 Mercedes F1 car at Goodwood

Reigning world champion Nico Rosberg will return to the cockpit of a Formula 1 car for the first time at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. Rosberg, who retired from F1 just five days after winning the 2016 title, will get behind the wheel of a 2014 Mercedes W05 Hybrid on Sunday July 2. His Mercedes replacement Valtteri Bottas will drive the car at the prestigious Festival of Speed on Saturday. Rosberg has remained part of the Mercedes family through his role as an ambassador, and has been present at a handful of events.
