Ultra Soft tyre favoured for Canadian GP

– Formula 1 drivers have favoured the Ultra Soft tyre compound for the Canadian Grand Prix, with Ferrari taking more sets than main rivals Mercedes and Red Bull.Pirelli was given control over tyre sets for the first five rounds, given 2017's regulation overhaul, but from Monaco, drivers again had freedom to choose 10 of 13 tyre sets.After Ultra Softs were stacked up for Monte-Carlo, the purple-marked rubber is again the favourite for Montréal, with drivers picking at least seven sets.McLaren's choice is the most aggressive, with 10 sets of Ultra Softs per driver, while Ferrari has chosen nine, followed by Mercedes, Force India and Toro Rosso (eight).Super Soft choices range from one...
