Button gets grid penalty for Wehrlein clash

– McLaren-Honda driver Jenson Button has been handed a seemingly academic grid penalty in the wake of his collision with Sauber's Pascal Wehrlein in Monaco.Button and Wehrlein were battling over 18th position when the Briton attempted a move up the inside of Portier, while the pair were being lapped.Button made contact with Wehrlein and the Sauber driver was half-flipped into the barriers, with his C36-Ferrari coming to a halt on its side.Wehrlein was able to walk away from the scene but will undergo precautionary scans this week, after his helmet hit the barriers upon impact.Button has been handed a three-place grid penalty for his "next event this season," and two penalty...
