Bottas: Ferrari has had 'upper hand'

– Valtteri Bottas says Ferrari has simply had the "upper hand" on Mercedes at the Monaco Grand Prix so far, after the Scuderia locked out the front row of the grid in qualifying.Mercedes started the Monte-Carlo event on top, as Lewis Hamilton topped FP1, but a wrong set-up direction between sessions left the team a second off Ferrari's pace in FP2.Mercedes, and Bottas in particular, closed the gap to the Ferrari drivers on Saturday, though could not quite topple them in qualifying, the Finn finishing 0.045s off pole in third.Hamilton, meanwhile, dropped out of Q2 in 14th position, failing to put a representative time in before encountering Stoffel Vandoorne's crash.Speaking...
