Mercedes could come to Honda's aid – report
Mercedes have been tipped to act as consultants to Honda in a bid to help them overcome their engine problems with McLaren. There have been strong calls for McLaren to return to a partnership with Mercedes as their engine supplier, but they could play a helping hand another way without the contract between the Woking team and Honda being broken. According to Motorsport.com, Honda have already entered discussions with Mercedes about playing the role of advisor and help them develop their power unit faster than the current rate.
