In photos: Alonso visits IndyCar paddock

– Fernando Alonso attended last weekend's Grand Prix of Alabama as part of his preparations for an assault on the Indianapolis 500 with Andretti Autosport. GPUpdate.net has gathered photos from the trip. IndyCar fans eagerly awaited Alonso's arrival at the Barber Motorsport Park to welcome the Spaniard. Alonso duly signed autographs and posed for photographs with fans as he arrived at the circuit. Alonso spoke to the press, flanked by Andretti boss Michael Andretti and McLaren boss Zak Brown.
