‘Ocon can absolutely match Verstappen'
Esteban Ocon has the ability to match fellow youngster Max Verstappen's achievements; that's according to Force India deputy Bob Fernley. Joining the Formula 1 grid as a teenager, Verstappen paved the way for other youngsters including Ocon. The Frenchman was signed to Manor mid-2016 before joining Force India for the 2017 campaign. Already the 20-year-old is bringing in the points for his new team with back-to-back P10s to start the season. And while that is not near Verstappen's podium finish for China, Fernley believes his driver has the ability to match the Dutchman's achievements.
