Bottas: Missed front row 'a real shame'
– Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas was left to rue missing out on a front row slot to Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel by a narrow margin for the second successive race, after qualifying third in China.Having trailed Vettel by only 0.025s at the season-opener in Australia, the pair were separated by just 0.001s, in Vettel's favour, during the final Q3 runs in Shanghai on Saturday.It means that Bottas will line-up from third place on the grid, behind Vettel, with Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton from pole position once again."One thousandth, it is like this," said Bottas, while gesturing the close margin with his fingers."Maybe it's not so much, but it's a real shame he managed...
