Vettel pleased to edge out Bottas for P2

– Sebastian Vettel expressed satisfaction as he secured a place on the front row of the grid for the Chinese Grand Prix, just a thousandth of a second ahead of Valtteri Bottas.Vettel, having led the way during the final practice session, was unable to trump Lewis Hamilton for pole, but beat the other Mercedes of Bottas by just 0.001s.Championship leader Vettel believes he could have gained additional time on his competitor had he not "chickened" out on the brakes on the approach to the final left-hander."We'll see tomorrow how important [the front row start] was, but obviously it was a nice session, I enjoyed it a lot," commented Vettel."I think I would have...
