Lauda: Bottas no worse than Rosberg

– Mercedes chief Niki Lauda has praised a "sensational" Valtteri Bottas after he finished the Australian Grand Prix little more than a second behind Lewis Hamilton.Bottas made his official Mercedes debut – having been signed as the replacement for retired reigning World Champion Nico Rosberg – at last weekend's season-opener.He claimed a comfortable third place and closed in on team-mate Lewis Hamilton in the closing stages of the race, finishing just 1.275 seconds behind.With the performance gap between the pair gradually reducing over the weekend, Lauda expressed his satisfaction at the progress of the team's "number one" choice and added his belief that...
