Pirelli confirms compounds through to Baku

– Formula 1 tyre supplier Pirelli has revealed the three compounds which will be used at Grands Prix in Spain, Monaco, Canada and Azerbaijan.The selections are the same as 2016, with the Soft, Medium and Hard tyres to be used when Formula 1 returns to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in May.For street circuits in Monaco and Canada, the Ultra Soft tyre will be available, along with the Super Soft and Soft compounds.Meanwhile, the Super Soft, Soft and Medium compounds will be used when Formula 1 visits the Baku City Circuit in Azerbaijan for a second time.As per the regulations, one set of the softest compound used during each weekend must be set aside for use solely in Q3, while one...
