Marko: No reason for Sainz to leave Toro Rosso

Helmut Marko sees no reason why Carlos Sainz would want to leave Toro Rosso at the end of this season, unless of course one of the big teams come calling. This season Sainz will continue with Toro Rosso for a third year running. The highly-rated Spaniard was keen to move up the grid but with senior team Red Bull retaining Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo, his only option was to move away. Red Bull, though, still had him under contract for 2017 and exercised their option. And although rumours continue linking Sainz to a move to Renault, Marko sees no reason why he would want to leave Toro Rosso come the end of 2017.
