Vettel tops morning as McLaren hits trouble

– Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel led the way during the morning session as pre-season testing kicked off at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on Monday, but there were early problems for McLaren-Honda.Vettel clocked a time of 1:22.791 on Medium tyres during the final hour of the four-hour morning session in mild and sunny conditions.Vettel had embarked on an initial scrap with Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas early on, as the pair repeatedly lowered the benchmark, before the Ferrari driver's effort shortly before lunch.Vettel's lap ended up being 0.378s quicker than Bottas, as the Finn continued his assimilation within Mercedes, having replaced World Champion Nico Rosberg.Bottas, who will hand...
