First look at new 2017 F1 car
Formula 1 fans have been given a first glimpse of the sport's new era after Williams released computer-generated images of their 2017 car. The images of the FW40 were released on a YouTube video. The aesthetics of the new generation of cars has been central to the sport's rules overhaul with F1's Strategy Group demanding cars with 'more aggressive looks' and which are up to six seconds a lap quicker. The first 2017 car to be formally unveiled will be Renault's when the RS17 will be launched on Tuesday in London. Sauber will follow Williams in releasing images of their car online on Monday.
