Abiteboul thinks Fridays are pointless

Renault boss Cyril Abiteboul is hoping for Liberty Media to bring positive to change to Formula 1, starting with scrapping Friday’s practice sessions over a Grand Prix weekend. However, the Frenchman is not expecting immediate results and understands that it is a long process for the sport’s new owners to be fully intergrated. Abiteboul, though, warned Liberty Media to back up their words with action.
