Rosberg: Schumacher inspired and motivated me
Nico Rosberg has credited Michael Schumacher as an essential element in the success of Mercedes in Formula 1 over the past three years, while admitting that Formula 1's greatest driver was inspirational in his own championship winning year. Speaking during a television interview, Rosberg recalled the 2010 to 2012 when he was Schumacher's teammate at Mercedes, 'It was an exciting time and a big challenge. This is an enormous effort to have such a strong team-mate. You can see why he is seven times world champion.'
