Manor F1 team goes into administration
– In the wake of media speculation, it has been announced that the operating company of the Manor Formula 1 team has gone into administration, casting doubt over its future on the eve of the new season.Sky News reported on Friday morning that Manor's recent discussions with potential investors had failed to produce an agreement, with FRP Advisory lined up to act as the administrator.FRP Advisory has now been appointed joint administrator of Just Racing Services Ltd, which operates Manor, though no redundancies of the 212 staff at the team have been made thus far.In a statement, as posted by Autosport, joint administrator Geoff Rowley outlined the situation."The team has made...
