F1 Car of the Year: Mercedes W06
Any car that wins 19 out of 21 races in a season is simply sensational and the Mercedes W06 is simply one of the best pieces of kit any Formula 1 driver could ever wish to race. Such was the superiority of the car that inevitably the question that arises is: could any driver on the 2016 F1 grid win with that car? Perhaps not all, but certainly most believe they would… just ask them! Thus the nod goes to the W06 that claimed the constructors' title for a third consecutive time and powered Nico Rosberg to his first title as well as nine victories, with Lewis Hamilton claiming the other ten top spot finishes.
