Marchionne says F1 budget cap won't work

Ferrari president Sergio Marchionne believes a budget cap cannot work in Formula 1, amid reports that the sport's new owner Liberty Media is planning to introduce a spending limit. A recent report by British newspaper The Telegraph said Liberty wanted to explore budget cap plans as a means of closing up the performance gaps in the championship.
