Brundle: Wehrlein Mercedes' only option

– Ex-Formula 1 driver Martin Brundle reckons Mercedes will struggle to secure Valtteri Bottas' release from Williams and be left with no choice but to promote Pascal Wehrlein for 2017.Mercedes, according to reports, had an initial offer for Bottas rejected, with Williams determined to keep the Finn, who has raced for the team since 2013, alongside 18-year-old Lance Stroll.Brundle says he can understand why Mercedes would target Bottas as Nico Rosberg's replacement, given his experience, but also highlighted how important he has become at Williams."Next year is going to be one of massive development and new aerodynamic regulations that seem almost endless in opportunity,"...
