Williams silent on Bottas/Mercedes reports

– Williams says it has "no further comment" to make regarding its driver line-up for the upcoming season, amid reports that Mercedes has moved to sign Valtteri Bottas.Mercedes has been assessing candidates to fill the vacancy alongside Lewis Hamilton after Nico Rosberg announced his retirement from Formula 1 as World Champion.Bottas, who has driven for Williams since 2013, is looked after by Aces Management, which is co-owned by Mercedes boss Toto Wolff, along with Didier Coton and Mika Häkkinen.Both the BBC and Sky report that Bottas has emerged as Mercedes' main target, but that the German manufacturer had an initial bid to release the Finn from his contract...
